What is the more-than-human? Seeded in intellectual traditions that seek to destabilise anthropocentrism, Elina Tapio and Hannah Pezzack trace the resonance of ecologies and technologies that dismantle the notion of the bounded body. Since its inception, electronic music has stretched the limits of corporeality, elongating breath and vocalisations, creating machine-made rhythms which are impossible to humanly replicate. Featuring synthetic soundscapes crafted from field recordings and spectral visions of android women, the eleventh iteration of ’Scrying the Landscape’ finds itself entangled in a multitude of computerised, unrecognisable and hybrid entities.
