She's been creating her unique brand of grit-laced drum loops and vintage acid machine music since 2012, pushing out beautiful noise, from the delicate to the jarring. Her highly lauded live hardware performances and vinyl-heavy dj sets have cemented her own place among NYC’s techno community and beyond. Sweater On Polo’s music foregrounds the hardware, with a livewire, straight-out-the-box energy that cannot be denied. As both a live artist and DJ, he’s going in on a tight, Chicago-informed approach. But this is no retro trip; Sweater on Polo incorporates his influences and makes them his own.
